Cake was very important to me. We've gone to lots of weddings, and I've always had an idea of what I wanted. When we first got engaged I was dead set that I wanted a straight up and down white cake, four or five tiers, with a simple red ribbon around the bottom of each tier. Then I changed my mind to where I wanted a simple three tier cake with red ribbon and multiple side cakes. Then I changed my mind to this, and I am so happy with how it turned out. I wanted to have a cake worth remembering. A friend of mine from Saint Francis works in a bakery and has lots of experience making wedding cakes. She did a fantastic job.

I love pictures of food, so you know I love this picture. We had chocolate, French vanilla, and raspberry flavored cake. The only one I had was raspberry, because really, it's the only one I cared about. :)
