Toward the end of the week Joshua told me that he wasn't really counting condiments on the diet (it would have been wonderful to know that in the beginning of the week when I ate my eggs PLAIN...I mean it, I fix my eggs up really good with hot sauce and parmesan cheese.) So last night I marinated some chicken breast in teriyaki (we're huge fans of teriyaki marinade) and sent Joshua out to the grill with them. :) I went out to talk to him and was look at the chicken and got the idea to wrap it up in a lettuce leaf with tomato like a taco/wrap. Let me tell you, they were DELICIOUS. We'll be having these when we're not on this diet. I'm getting hungry for one right now, but Joshua finished them for breakfast. I also put low fat mayo in the lettuce. I took boneless skinless chicken breast, sliced them in half because they were too thick and then cut them into strips with the kitchen sissors. Super easy and super good.
