Cut and peeled. I started off with the veggie peeler, but it didn't work well. I found that if I cut the skin it would peel off if I pulled it.

I didn't like the taste of it raw, so I boiled it to see if I liked it cooked. I really tried, but I'm just not a fan of it. It doesn't really taste like anything, but there is just something about it that I don't like. I'm not even a picky eater anymore, I just can't do it. Amber called the other night and her family enjoyed it, so maybe you would too.
