So I was super excited about fro yo. That meant that when Josh ate a pint of Ben & Jerry's and lost ten pounds, I could too. (dreams). But it was a less guilty sweet treat. I was so cool just eating vanilla.
But wait! Ben & Jerry knew what was best for me, and answered all the dreams I haven't had yet.
As you can see, the Ben & Jerry's freezer isn't full of Fro Yo, but I'm pretty excited about what they do have. In case you can't see it, there is:

I got the Half Baked the other night. It's about the only one where you can't tell what's in it, so let me enlighten you:
It is Chocolate & Vanilla Low Fat Frozen Yogurts with Fudgey Brownies & Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough.
When it says Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, it isn't kidding. This has the biggest chunks of cookie dough I've ever seen in any frozen treat, and I love it!
Check out the Fro Yo the next time you go buy ice cream. It is so good!
So is this "healthy" for you? Or just better than ice cream but still a bad choice to make. I would eat ice cream every night if I could!!!
ReplyDeleteBetter than ice cream, but probably not a good idea for a regular diet staple. I'd think of it as a treat. Check out Greek Yogurt. I'm going to post about it soon, but its actually pretty good, and pretty healthy.
