At my job with the worlds largest retailer, I didn't dress up. Part of my uniform was jeans and gym shoes, so I didn't find it necessary to wear makeup. At my new job, the dress is business casual, and I find that I actually feel better about myself when I'm dressed professionally and wear makeup. I like how I look.
