Greek Yogurt: Post 47

I've been talking a lot lately about Greek yogurt. And really, the only reason is because it pretty much rocks. In one six ounce cup of Chobani, there is no fat and 14g of protein. If you haven't tried it, you better.

A while ago, I posted where you could go on the Kashi website and enter for a free sample. Mine finally came in the mail the other day. It was a single serve size of this, GoLean Crunch, Honey Almond Flax Cereal. I got the idea from The Fit Bride to put the granola into my yogurt. Later Joshua told me that he used to do it a way long time ago, so I'm guessing The Fit Bride got the idea from him.
This is my lunch snack. I have sweet potato fries baking in the oven right now. Expect a post about those later.

You should try this stuff. I like it way better than regular yogurt.
