Banana Pudding

Josh LOVES banana pudding, and it's so easy to make.

Two boxes Jello instant vanilla pudding
Three(ish) bananas, sliced
Nilla Wafers
Cool Whip

Make the pudding according to box. Put some in the bottom of a bowl, then put a layer of banana slices, more pudding, then a layer of Nilla Wafers. When you run out of pudding put the Cool Whip on top. I use the Mini Nilla Wafers because they're more bite size. Refrigerate for a while. (You don't have to, but its better when the wafers are soft.)

This isn't an exact measurements recipe. You just kind of throw it all together. My mom bought me this awesome trifle bowl to put it in...I didn't realize how big the bowl actually was until I started filling it up! She got it for $6 at Wal-Mart. Love it.

See my ugly wallpaper in the kitchen? I can't wait to take that down...actually I can wait, I'm so tired of taking wallpaper down! Don't ever put wallpaper in your homes. It's a pain in the ass.

My dad's birthday was November 21. I decided to surprise him with a cake. He LOVES chocolate cake. So this is chocolate on the inside, and chocolate on the outside. It was so good, and not too rich. : )

He actually turned 47, but since the boys are only 3 and 4, we only had the number candles 1,2,3, and 4. Ha ha. You can't have a birthday without candles though, so we went with 41 because it looked the most like 47.
