Skinny Tuna Noodle Casserole

I am obsessed with Gina's Skinny Recipes. I noticed that I was eating the same things every single day, and not having any variety in my diet, which makes it rather unenjoyable. I adore food. I have an affinity for eating. Not enjoying my favorite thing is absurd.

Anyway, that went a little far.

I found a few different recipes I want to try from the Skinny Taste website.

I decided to start with Skinny Tuna Noodle Casserole. Click there for the recipe.

I haven't ever had a tuna casserole before, so I figure I'm doing myself a favor starting with the skinny version, that way I won't know what I'm missing. Right?

This just got out of the oven and I have to say, it's pretty good.
