Yoga is not a joke.
I had my first class this morning. My friend Antoinette bought me classes for my birthday. I haven't ever done yoga before, except for on the Wii Fit, and it was nothing compared to this. I took a pilates class at Saint Francis, which is probably the closest to yoga, but still a long way off. Anyway, I had class about ten hours ago and I'm already so sore its unbelievable. If you ever have a chance, do it. It is so worth it already.
