This video is hilarious. I'm sure you've probably seen it, it came out a few years ago. I was downloading new music for my iPod the other day because all I had on it was really slow stuff and I wasn't working out very hard to it. Anyway, at Women's Health's website you can look up playlists and click download on iTunes and then you have it. It is so easy. Here is a link to the search topic. Check it out. Anyway, one of the playlists I downloaded had this song on it and it reminded me of the video. Watch it, it is so funny. If you don't, you're missing out. Big time.
