So Let Down...

I was getting ready to make this wonderfully long post about the pizza I made, and I just realized that Joshua took my camera to Ohio with him, so I don't have any of the pictures. It was going to be so good too. I guess I'll have to do it when he gets home. Ugh. Anyway, I made pizza last night, because we invited our bible study group over for a game night. I was really excited because this is the first time I've made the dough the right way. I made it the way the recipe said before, but this was prefect. I was comfortable enough with the recipe that I decided I was going to try my own thing, and it worked! And the dough was wonderful, as were the pizzas! I'll definitely post about it though when I have the pictures. And if you do not have a KitchenAid Stand Mixer, I recommend you get one. Stat.

Today is going to be a busy day, but I hope not too stressful. I'm going shopping with mom for a dress for her to wear at our wedding. The guys have it so easy, they just go get fitted for their tuxes and they get their outfit all provided for them, shoes and all. Girls have it so hard. But after we go shopping, I'm planning on going up to Fremont to go shopping at the outlet. Josh is out of town today at the Arnold Classic in Ohio, so I'm trying to find things to do...that don't include house work :).
