Losing It.
I'm about halfway through this book and so far I'd highly recommend anyone to read it. You might not get the same experience out of it that I have, but its an awesome book. I can really relate to the things this girl is thinking while she's losing weight. I realize that I haven't lost anywhere near 200 lbs, but even though I'm losing on a smaller scale we still have the same thoughts and the same feelings, and even fears. Very interesting so far.
