It is true. Fiber is good for you. But it is also true that you can get too much fiber. Fiber makes you feel fuller longer and is great for your digestive system, however if you get too much it makes the food pass through your body too fast for your body to absorb the nutrients it needs from your food. So don't over do it.
That being said, I am in love with Fiber One.
I was at Josh's a few weeks ago scrounging their kitchen (my future kitchen...however my kitchen will not have ugly wallpaper, but that's for a different blog) for food and found little boxes of cereal. There was a box of Fiber One Caramel Delight. It is so yummy. It really tastes like caramel cinnamon toast crunch.
Sarah came to Fort Wayne this weekend and she brought me one of these Fiber One Oats and Caramel bars. They are so good. I am definitely used to eating bland food because these bars had so much flavor that I almost needed a glass of milk to drink with it. Very good. I couldn't believe how much caramel was in the bar, it was crazy.
Also in the mini boxes of cereal at Josh's house was Multi-grain Cheerios. I love them. They have soooo much more flavor than plain cheerios and they are only 110 calories per serving. They taste delicious and have 100% of a lot of vitamins in it, I was crazy. It has 100% of your daily recommended value of iron inside. Crazy.

Just got back from Canada... in Canada they use British spellings for things... so it's Fibre One up there. And they had a radio commercial about how it was really "Fee-Bray One" because it can't be "Fiber One" because it tastes too good...
