From The Vault

I can't believe I've never posted this recipe. I'm going to go ahead and say this was my first ever chicken recipe. I do not like chicken. Yes, I said it. I don't like chicken, but I eat this every time I make it. It is woooonnnderfulllll.

The main ingredients.
It's honey mustard chicken. Take boneless, skinless chicken breasts. Dip them in this:
That is the honey and mustard mixed together until it tastes good. Then dip in this:
Those are the Panko breadcrumbs. (Side note: this is the first time I've ever used them. I had heard all the Food Network chefs talk about them, but had never gotten them. I bought them a long time ago, around the time we started the no carb thing, and obviously couldn't use them then. Anyway, I used them for the first time tonight and thought they were awesome. They are really crunchy and didn't get as soggy as regular breadcrumbs. I'd recommend.)

Ready to go into the oven.

In other non-chicken related news, we have geese. The one in the front is Gretchen and the one in the back is Gary. Gretchen and Gary Goose.

Back to our regularly scheduled dinner. A side of super gourmet, one of a kind, Mac & Cheese.

Winner, winner, chicken dinner.

This was so good. I dare you to make it. You'll love it.
