Overnight Oats

Have you ever heard of overnight oats? I never had until I started hanging around on the Nest fitness board.

I like oatmeal, but I find it doesn't really fill me up. I think this is because I wasn't having enough of it. Also, I hate waiting for oatmeal to cool down enough to eat it.

When I first saw this recipe I thought it would be disgusting, but so many people swear by it that I had to try it.

You can do this a million different ways, but this is how I do it:

1/2 c old fashioned (not instant) oats
1/2 c yogurt
1/2 c skim milk

Mix those all together and put in the fridge over night.

In the morning mix in fruit and you have a wonderful breakfast on the go.
