Sunless Tanning

Do you?
Sarah's wedding is coming up very quickly and I'm considering sunless tanning. What do you use? Anyone have luck with Neutrogena?

  1. For me the worst part of self-tanners is the smell. Oh my, is it bad! I had the best luck with Dove a few years back when I was trying them out. The smell wasn't as bad as others and it is subtle, rather than waking up the next morning with orange streaks. It also works better if you apply regular lotion first, and I would actually sometimes apply it with a makeup sponge to avoid the dreaded orange hand syndrome.

  3. Heather, I've always avoided self tanners because I can remember in middle school when girls would be walking around with orange hands, knees, and elbows. It seems too risky. I've heard though that self tanner have come a long way. I'll have to see if I can find the Dove product.

    Lisa, how expensive is she?

  4. I believe that your first visit is 25..but I've had it done and it lasted almost two weeks =) And I've had luck with neutrogena, just don't go too dark and I would recommend spraying yourself a few days before, in case you miss spots or something you can refresh!!
