Just In Case You're In The Market...

We watched the final Olympic hockey game last night between USA & Canada. I had heard that Canada was using an alternative (more eco friendly) to the Zamboni(but it failed and they had to bring in a real Zamboni for the job), and for some reason, I wondered what a real Zamboni cost.

So I sent a text to my good friend ChaCha and this is what I learned:

"A propane resurfacer Zamboni costs $83,331 (includes tax). An electric resurfacer Zamboni costs $110,857"

And now you know.

  1. I always will love that boxy shape of a Zamboni. Plus they have a certain smell that you just can't beat (I'm really into smells no matter how odd they are)!

  2. I totally know what you mean! I am super into smells too. It's exciting to meet someone else who is, because my husband can never smell anything! :)
